Shipment

• Shipping will normally be made within 3 business days after the payment is verified. A shipment confirmation mail will be sent to you after the shipment is made.
• The order is shipped directly from Japan by EMS, an international postal service in Japan. The package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches to your country. We are not able to inform you what your particular charges may be, and will not be responsible for the sort of charges. Please contact your local custom office to obtain more information regarding the customer policies in your country.

• Estimated delivery time is approximately 3 to 6 days. If you do not receive your package within 10 days from the date of shipment, please contact us by E-mail.
• We will inform you by E-mail if delivery will be delayed due to various reasons such as out of stock or change in product’s specifications.
• We encourage our customers to inspect the packages as soon as they arrive. If product is damaged or lost during transit please contact us by E-mail immediately. For details please see the section below.

• If there is discrepancy between the order and the content of the package, please let us know by E-mail within 7 days from arrival.
• The maximum acceptable total weight differs according to the area and country. If your order exceeds this amount, we will divide your order to two or more packages. And please note that the receiver of the package must be individual’s name for this shipping service is specifically designed for personal use, not corporate use.
